We do get some lovely phone calls and emails from our customers, whether we’ve worked on their pride and joy, or sold them their new, and sometimes first, Porsche.  
 
Understanding the connection people have with their Porsche, financial or often emotional, is a huge part of what we do.  
 
This is a wonderful example of a new Porsche owner and customer appreciating that we go the extra mile thanks to our amazing team.

Good to see everyone on Thursday! Thank you for preparing the 928 to make her look the best. Your 'toothpickery' is excellent! Please also pass on to Chris how much Jane & I appreciate his ethos in helping new Porsche owners fulfil their dream, safely. 
 
It is also not lost on us how well all at Pie P look after their customers. 
 
It's been almost two months since we attended for the test drive and inspection, but as I said to Jane, SIB 928 will be worth waiting for. 
 
I did delay you by asking for a full new set of tires, I could only find the rear's on the usual websites, but never the fronts. I have a very good friend who has been advising me on the foibles of 928's, and even he can't find them. I will pass him your details... he has the same alloys. 
 
I wasn't expecting you to put 20 odd ltrs in the tank either, 5 would have been enough! But that's the level of caring and service that no other dealer, main or otherwise can beat. As for the drive home, 100 miles were completed flawlessly! WOW, WHAT A MACHINE! She keeps up with modern traffic effortlessly. I may have pushed her to 80 mph a few times, but that's when the car seemed to come alive! She just wanted more! Tried a pull in 2nd gear with the loud pedal to the floor, and the 1st gear start was very apparent... I think. Well done to your mechanics for adjusting that.
